炊事、洗濯、掃除(日常の掃除のみ)、買い物など簡単な家事サポートから、子どもの送迎、在宅保育、公園遊びなどのベビーシッター業務まで、1時間からお手伝い。子育てホームサポーター養成講座を修了した専門スタッフが各家庭を訪問サポートします(団欒保育舎にて乳幼児保育の現場研修を定期的に行なっています)

We can help with childcare by taking your children places, by caring for them at home or by helping them play at a park. Our service is based on 1 hour periods provided by professional staff who completed a‘child care home supporter training course.’Our company regularly carries out on-site training for infants and nurseries. We possess both indemnity and accident insurance

• ご利用料金は、終了後サポーターに直接お支払い or 定期利用の場合は月末精算・振込

1. You can apply for our services by telephone at 06-6836-9011 or by email at danran.nagaya@gmail.com. Our registration procedure has a coordinator visit your home and help you fill out an application for support. This includes details like Support Contents, Date and Time, etc. Once we have this information we will arrange home supporters according to your schedule. There are two options for payment: either directly to the home supporter at the end of their work period or regular monthly payments for on-going use.

• 豊中市隣接地域(吹田市・箕面市・池田市・淀川区等)の方の利用も可能です。

料金について

年間登録料 ¥3,000 /年

• 延長は15分ごとに1時間料金の1/4加算
• 料金はサポーター1人の場合の1時間あたりの単価です。2人以上のお子さん(兄弟姉妹)でご利用の場合、1人のサポーターで対応可能と判断した時は2人目以降はそれぞれ半額料金をいただきます。
• サポート開始後、利用時間に短縮が生じた場合でも当初の予約分の利用料金をいただきます。
• 利用日前日(月曜の場合は金曜日)の受付時間内のキャンセルは無料。それ以降のキャンセルは予約利用料金の半額をいただきます。
• 年間登録料3,000円は更新のたびに必要となります(サポート利用の有無にかかわらず、一旦お支払いいただいた年間登録料はお返しできません。

Inquiries/Reception Hours: … Mon ~ Sat 9:00 ~ 17:00(One month before the start date ~ 3 business days) Support Workers Available Times:…Monday ~ Sunday(and Public Holiday)8:00 ~ 20:00 (1 hour ~ Extendable) Target Age:…6 months ~ 12 years(Negotiable for less than 6 months) ・Price is the unit price per hour for 1 supporter. If you need help with two or more children (for example brothers and sisters), when we will discuss on a case-by-case basis if this is acceptable to the Support Worker. You will be charged a half price additional fee for each child after the second child. ・Even if reserved support work is concluded early you will be charged the initial reservation fee. ・Cancellation is permitted without charge within the reception hours of the previous day. Cancellations for Mondays must be made by reception close of business the previous Friday. Later cancellations will be charged half the booking fee. ・An annual registration fee of ¥ 3,000 is required for each renewal regardless of whether or not the support service is used. This is non-refundable. ・We cannot provide housework support and babysitting work at the same time with a single Support Worker. ・Our service is also available in areas adjacent to Toyonaka like Suita, Minoh, Ikeda and Yodogawa-ku.
